From Arabian Traditions, to Your Table

There are some places you go to because you are hungry. And then there are places that we tend to forget the reason we went to in the first place. An Arabic restaurant is such a place where you are enveloped with the aromas of spices, you receive hospitality and get to devour rich food that you remember long after you had your fill.

First of all, you will be able to smell the restaurant from outside. The aroma of freshly grilled meat, freshly baked bread, fragrant rice and spices such as cardamom and saffron and many other Arabic spices will fill the air and will make you want to go in.

Where Tradition Meets the Table

The beautiful Arabic cuisine, bringing families and friends together at a table to be shared with all. As opposed to being served on a plate in front of one person.A large platter of mandi, a bowl of creamy hummus, smoky grilled meats, warm pita bread and delicious shawarma can turn an ordinary meal into a fun sharing experience.Regardless of the variety of dishes chosen for the occasion, inevitably each person will be drawn to something different, they will start to chat, and the meal will quickly become the focal point of your occasion.

That is what makes Arabic food special. It is not only made from a list of recipes, it is sharing.

The Flavours Tell a Story

Every dish has its own personality.

The soft, fragrant rice of mandi is infused with the gentle warmth of various spices while the grilled meats of shawarma are full of smoky flavors and smooth, comforting hummus balances things out nicely while the fresh salads and sauces add a lot of brightness to the table.

A variety of spices such as cinnamon, cardamom, cumin, cloves, saffron and black pepper are used individually and in combination to provide deep flavors without intensity.

The authentic Arabic cuisine doesn’t need to shout loud; it lets the foods speak!.

Every single traditional dish also has a story behind it: a family recipe, a local tradition or even a certain method of preparation that is being passed on from generation to generation. You can taste history in every single bite.

Hospitality Is Part of the Experience

There’s another crucial ingredient that cannot be measured in grams or teaspoons: Hospitality.

Arabic hospitality is part of the culture and can be brought to the table. A simple smile from members of staff, a smile from staff and a warm welcome can make all the difference to a dining experience. A staff member checking that everything is “OK” can make all the difference.

Guests are never strangers. Whether you come with the whole family, meet friends after a long week or want to celebrate something special or simply need something wholesome, everyone is always welcome.

Sometimes the most memorable restaurant is not the most expensive. Sometimes the simplest interior is the best and it is how you get treated that matters.

Don’t Forget Dessert

No Arabic meal is complete without dessert for a feast!

Traditional Arabic sweets are sweet enough to eat for dessert, vary in texture and are mostly made with traditional Arabic dates, honey, pistachios and other fruits and nuts. There’s Baklava with layers of flaky pastry and nuts, and then there’s kunafa with its smooth, creamy cheese fillings.

We want each dish to reflect Arabic culture and for every guest to feel special in our restaurant. Families should be able to come and have memorable times together at our tables. Friends should stay longer than they expect at our restaurant, and new guests should want to come back as soon as possible to try more dishes.
